Does Sherlock like Molly?

Well, I'm pretty sure Moffat added that line to the script with a specific purpose in mind - to keep us guessing. So I don't think anyone will ever know for certain what he meant until Weiter season. But my theory is that he meant both. That is, I think Sherlock needed Molly to help him fake his death. But it would be pretty low for Moffat to insinuate that he loves her, and then for this to be completely false. I think that Sherlock does like Molly, in his own way, but not necessarily in the same way as we'd normally consider a romance. What I mean to say is, Du know how John and Sherlock's relationship transcends regular friendship in that it isn't romantic, but it's definitely something Mehr than ordinary friendship all the same? I think it's the same with Sherlock and Molly. It can't exactly be called friendship, but it's not quite a romance either. I'm pretty sure it's some inbetween-y state. So, yeah. Both, I guess. That's my theory anyway. Hope I helped!

He did mean 'you', as in to help him fake his death. Although, he did KISS her, in the flashback during the first episode of season 3, which kinda leads me to think that he likes her Mehr than he thinks.
Of course, because it is Sherlock we are talking about, it is hard to know what he is really thinking. His brain moves faster than anyone else's... he is an enigma... a sociopath, but he's freakin' awesome. Lol.
Lastly, it is clear she likes/loves him, even going so far to go out with a guy who resembles Sherlock.
So, yeah, I don't know if he loves her, but he definitely requires her help a lot.

'You' as in to fake his death, Sherlocks asexual shown in episode 3 his last vow we saw he used Janine to reach Magnussen.

Interesting how things pan out eh....turns out he needs her AND likes and respects her. So happy he finally sagte "Thank you" for all she's done for him.

I believe he does like her but I don't think he'll ever admit it. I don't think he'll allow himself to ever admit it so I think "you" meant both except he'd probably would only seek her help and just leave it at that.

Yeah, I think it's the 'I need Du to help me fake my death' kind of 'You'. There has been no evidence of it being the latter.

well, he'd say things like "the lipstick suited Du better"
"your hair looks better today,different than your usual style!"and stuff!you might say he's just observant,but he also states that he doesn't remember useless things like earth revolves around the sun,and i think,he notices molly cuz he likes her......
