He stoped moving and aimed his gun at a figure up ahead. "Shadow!" "Huh?" Shadow put the gun back to his hip. "Help me!" "Emerald?" Up ahead the figure came closer and fell on the ground. Shadow ran up to the figure. He gasped. "Emerald!" There she was, the purple hedgehog was on the ground, she was all bloody, and her eyes were closed tightly. "Emerald?"
