Is SE7EN still trying to learn English?

I done some research and I remember Lesen an Artikel that clearly stated he was "trying" to learn English. I am guessing for a possible English released album, oder another song?

Regardless, I Liebe all his songs, but I was a tad bit iffy on the song that featured Lil' Kim. :/
