My friend started this thing last year when we give high five that it must be "not with the surgical hand". She swears that turk said it to the todd. I've just watched the entire series and either she's crazy or I missed it. It makes sense but I just can't find it. the closest thing I can find is when turk tells an intern "never with the cutting hand" in season 8.

Please help.
