According to an interview with Ryan, yes that is him. But no he did not do coke. He had no idea that there was anything like that until people started asking about it and pointing it out. I don't think he was "framed" per say, but just because he didn't do coke, does not mean there was not people there that were just as innocent. Which in some cases, if he did know others were, makes him just as guilty. I am a huge Ryro fan, so I believe and trust what he says 100%. I truly hope he doesn't end up doing anything like that though. That would be horrible
I'm pretty sure he does. He put up a blurry picture on Twitter of him with a red nose and watery eyes. When I found out I cried. It really seems like he does. He might've left the band to party and not because of "different musical tastes".

he was framed guys the picture taker took this picture so far from Ryan and those girls so that the Coca-Cola would be seen from the picture.... like.... someone is mad at him... Poor Ryan..... ^^
First off, that doesn't look alot like him, It looks Mehr like a 16 Jahr old kid that happens to look a tiny bit like him. Secondly, Things like this can be Foto shopped pretty easy, lets not forget that, Thirdly, People often get watery eyes and a red nose from things like, illness maybe, and being upset, and simply getting drunk with alcohol. Also, If Du ask me that looks like a chalk board.
