Just so you know, if your answer his 'slap him' or 'bash him up', he works out in the gym like everyday, so I think there isn't much that that we can do physically.

I also suggest she keeps the letters until she is sure the situation is dealt with and over, so she has proof of what has been going on.

Since she finds him physically intimidating she should never agree to go anywhere with just him or him and his friends, she should always have people with her while dealing with him.
