It really depends on the kind of Video Game. What Genre do you have in mind? Each one of these pictures can fit. Personally, I could see:

- 1, 4, 5, 6 and 10 with an RPG kind of Game.

- 3 and 8 serving as Labyrinth / Puzzle ones.

- 9 making a pretty neat environment in a Fighting Game (It was a pretty close second).

- 2 and 7 making pretty nice backgrounds for a Visual Novel Game.

Actually, when it comes to the later Genre, I feel that any of these options could do.

Anyway, went with 1 as I find it to be pretty similar to a specific environment in one of my favorite Series !!!!

1, 3, 5, 9, and 10 are the ones I'd choose. Mine would pretty much all be RPG.

1 would be the starting town and where you could do the shopping. 3 would be a mission into a castle or a sort of ruin raid. 5 would be the haunted/cursed forest on the way to the castle/ruins. 9 Would be the enchanted woods on your way to the next quest. And 10 would be where you meet your companion for the quest.

It would be a nice setting for an MMORPG. But if it would be multi level/map kind of game, all locations would make great maps. This picture reminded me of MU`s Noria map for some reason. Will have to go and play now. :D

Mine would have a bit of darkness as well.

A proper balance between Light and Darkness does the trick for me !!!!
