I know what pin up is so I guess I'll go with that definition. Based on the images I found, it just seems like they're tattooed...
So, I guess if he wants to do alternative pin up modeling, he's free to do so. He can send me his calender xD

@sarabeara: that's such a high strung response I'm guessing you've been in a controlling relationship before. I wouldn't have thought it wouldn't be obvious that your significant other woulddo as they want to begin with. But that doesn't mean you would want them too and wouldn't express your opinion on it.
