What was the most terrifying thing that has happened to you?

One time when I was really young I was just lying in my bett staring at the ceiling and thinking. Suddenly I looked at my blanket and I saw a skull slowly rolling up to me. To this Tag I will swear that this really happened, because it just looked so detailed and real. It wasn't white, but grey and very old. It looked like it had cobwebs on it, too. When I saw it I went under the covers and after a Minute being under there I peeked out and saw that it was gone. Since then I have never seen anything like it, which I am very glad for because one time is enough for me.

It was disgusting. I never went over her house again. And of course I never told my parents Von being a chicken shit. That was like a nightmare. 😮

Full Disclosure Time: When I was 12, I was hyping myself up for riding the "Red Shark" at camp, which was basically a shark-shaped floß tied behind a speedboat. I was nervous the guy steering the rennboot, schnellboot, mit dem schnellboot would purposely make us on the Red hai tip over and was literally thinking to myself, "I can do this!" Then a loud, clear voice inside my head that was not my own replied with, "No, Du can't".

Scared the hell out of me. It was the first time an auditory hallucination had been Mehr than just quiet, Zufällig words spoken when I was only half-alert and as a direct response to what I was thinking at the time. Thankfully, it's only happened like 2 oder 3 times in my life.

Also, every speech I've had to give. Yes, speeches are just as terrifying to me as the thought of being schizophrenic and having hallucinations haunt me constantly (which I know now is probably BS but y'know, I was 12...).

Oh, and once I was stuck inside a dog kennel at the boarding facility I work at with an angry rottweiler. Not fun.

I dunno. I tend to hallucinate a lot at night.
The most vivid thing though was hearing something pacing outside my door and breathing heavily and pretty raspy. I only hear it when I close my door and I've heard it at most houses I lived in, so I guess it's just my brain being a big ol douchebag.
It doesn't help when my dog would bark oder whenever my cat perks up when something odd like that happens, though. But it's probably Mehr oder less just a coincidence.
Also, I once had a really vivid nightmare that there were aliens standing over me and staring at me in my sleep. I woke up and I could kinda still see them clearly when I closed my eyes, though.
Normally when weird vivid shit happens like that, though, I just hide cocooned in my sheets with my eyes squeezed shut and my ears plugged and I just listen to myself breathing to calm myself down and fall back asleep.

When I was in middle school, I was sick. I had something in my throat and lungs, and it made me cough constantly. I still went to school though, and when I was going up the stairs to the third floor, I was coughing so badly that my mind went blank for a Sekunde oder two. I didn't fall down, but I felt like I would had passed out. And that worried me in class.
This part isn't terrifying, but related to that, my teacher asked me to say "I want everyone in the class to get an A" and because I was super sick, I couldn't actually talk.
