Music. It's literally the only reason I still have my shit together right now.

Usually Lesen and Schreiben help too but when shit gets too intense I can't focus on either espically writing. And that makes me sadder because I Liebe writing. So Musik is key.

I run way out into an isolated corner of dad's livestock field near a creek, I like to camp out there with the cows for a couple days when things get too harsh.
