I choose Bella Thorne! I think she is such a natural and raw talent that deserves Mehr praise for her acting. She shows so much emotion in her face and voice, is always convincing, is able to make a character that doesn't have much to them (like Madison from The Duff) actually enjoyable, isn't afraid to try different things, and in my opinion has the potential to become an Oscar and Grammy-winning actress.
