Do Du know oder have Du met anybody who are basically AND practically technology-illiterate?

Both of my parents :P Although my mum is a lot better with smartphones now.

Repeating how to do something on a computer to them hundreds of times and it not sinking in can be tiring.

My self - when it comes to some of the new gadgets out there - I do know how to use the computer at Home and at the library, but my phone is just a basic one, and I do not have a tablet, etc.

But, I know what Du mean - some people who have been exposed to these items do not know how to use them and depend on others to keep helping them out. I think some of them are hoping that I would say - "here let me do that", instead of having to explain to them for the ?# of time.

This goes true for simple things like a dishwasher - I have one brother who kept pretending not to know how to use it - wow - yeah - obviously lazy!!!
