Are there any other really good sites besides Fanpop to have fun on and make friends?

Because I need to find another different site besides this one, because there are certain people on here that I do not want to interact with and it does not let Du block them from fanning oder inboxing you. So I feel totally uncomfortable here. I mean this site is totally awesome and I Liebe everything about it. Its just that if I can't block some certain people then I guess I won't be able to stick around much any longer. This is the only thing that this site fails at. They need a block button. I already know how to Berichten someone. So please don't tell me how to do that and this issue has nothing to do with me reporting anyone to began with. So I just feel like I really do not belong here and I just don't know what to do. Plus what if there is some really bad person nagging Du on here oder some big pervert on here and I can't block them? I mean Fanpop is an awesome site, because it has everything I like on it from Anime to Christentum type things and there's always a lot of people to chat with on Fanpop. There is just some certain ones I don't care for, but there's not an option to block them off your page oder Fan list. Therefore I really need to find another good site just like this if anyone has any good recommendations. I already get on Facebook a lot and use it for my Anime stuff and things, but many of the people there aren't always that nice to me oder end up turning on me. I'm trying to find good friendships and things, but its very rare that Du find good, loyal people there like myself. Though I still use Facebook in hope that if there's someone good like me on there then their will just one Tag have to be some Mehr people on there as good as me. I also already have Twitter, Tumblr etc etc...I even Mitmachen forums, but I'm never able to interact well with people about my interests there oder ever make any good friends. Forum sites just really aren't my thing. They are mainly just good to ask Fragen and get other peoples opinions on things. So any other good sites a
