the best way to get rid of migarane is to rest oder just simply put a bag of ice on Du while Du rest it maybe cold put it helps the migrane go away trust me i had one too.

Go lie down in a dark room with no electronics (computer/ipod ect) and nothing else that could distract you. Drink lots of water (a litre at the minimum, preferably two) and put a cold cloth to your head. Try to sleep it off.
