LOL okay, someone who's classy is someone who is really smooth with their words :P probably someone who doesn't just hang about anywhere and everywhere but who enjoys a certain standard XD im trying... someone with swag is probably someone with all that extra baggage eg. shades, flashy clothing, maybe they walk a certain sort of sexy way, i think someone could be classy without having swagger and have swagger without being classy but having both is a plus, LOL it also helps if Du have a good bit of money to afford your classyness and swaggerness :p
