A child's happiness is Mehr significant than physical attributes. What if he was able to walk yet his parents don't pay attention to him?

The point is that his parents are trying to make him as happy and comfortable as they can despit his limitations, there only so much people can do.

Dont think Du can attach a heater with it connected to skin. maybe a semi conductor in between the 2 oder an outer layering, oder possibly something to divert the heat. as my last statement: Would make for killer curb stomps
