I need advise....

Todya my 3 Jahr old niece asked me what sex was, then a follow up question, "What is a penis?" What should I tell her? Ive never told a child csomething like this...I told her I would tell her whe she was older, but then she started to scream "I want to know about sex!!!!" I quieted her down and told her that I would tell her the Weiter day....help me please!
