Hey Guys..I need your help :/

I'm 13 years old and my weight is almost 57 kilograms but I'm tall..anyway,I have belly fat and man boobs..If Du see me you'll not know I'm fat unless I took my hemd, shirt off..I always felt that I'm not confidence and all the other guys at my age are stronger and I'm the wimpy one..I don't get into fights at school cause I have good grades and I don't wanna get in trouble..so I need to lose weight this summer and get tougher..any suggestions?

Du probably don't need to lose weight, either, but if it makes Du self-conscious, I won't try to talk Du out of it. I don't know how to help you, but I'm sure you'll think of something!

Visit the gym regularly and follow a diet plan. If Du can't find a gym, try buying gym equipment to place at home. Order it oder get them from Staples.

Exercise and well balanced meals are key to living a fit lifestyle, but even that may not be enough without proper motivation.
