(In a cheerful tone) Hello! This is the city morgue...how may i help you?! (phone dial on the other end) it gets them every time

I'd freak them out with the most random, pointless, maniacal things I could think of.

Me: "Hello?"
Prank caller: [replies]
Me: "Hello?"
Prank caller: [replies]
Me: "Hello? Hellooooooooooooooo?"
Prank caller: [replies]
Me: "Is there anyone theeeeeeeeere?"
Etc, etc.


But if the prank is that no one replies, then:
Me: "Hello?"
[Silence]
*5 Sekunden later*
[Silence]
Me: *cough*
*5 Sekunden later*
Me: *cough* *cough* *cough*
*5 Sekunden later*
Me: *cough* *cough* *cough* *cough* *cough*
Me： FUUUUUNGAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!
...
Me: Bye.

Or...

Me: *picks up phone*
Me: *bangs it against the tabelle so that the prankcaller hears sharp loud noises*

Hi, do Du like Pie? I Liebe pie. Especially mathmatical pie. Du know, like 3.14159265358979..." Then go on listing the very-big amount of Pi that I memorized for some reason.

Depending on the person who did it. I'd use their weak points against them. (weak points as in personal stuff that Friends only know.) xDDD
