On your profile, Du click the little button-thingy near your Icon that says "upload photos," and just choose what Du want to upload.

On a club, Du go to the Bilder section. Du go to whatever category your picture fits under(photo, wallpaper, icon,fan art...) and click "add photo," oder whatever your image is.

Also, Du don't need to type anything into the box. Just click the "submit image" button and choose your file's name.
