That's what I do. I have depression problems sometimes but when I'm with people I Liebe and they Liebe me and support me, it really helps. I also tell myself it's okay. It helps.

If it's a matter of having had a couple of low days, then sometimes Du just have to wait it out. The others here have gegeben great advice: try to connect with friends, even if Du don't feel like it, listen to Musik Du love, oder focus on the things that make Du happy. It will pass.

If you've been feeling this bad for a month, is it possible to see a doctor to get a firm diagnosis? In the meantime, Du can check out Web MD and kreuz reference your symptoms to the ones listed. That won't help Du to feel better, but you'll be Mehr informed when Du see a doctor.

For me, I listened to my Favorit songs, took long walks to clear my head, wrote in a journal, etc. Somewhere along the line, I started to feel better. Du should just try to find things that make Du feel a little better. Take it one step at a time. And if things don't get better, Du should talk to someone. If Du don't think Du can talk to your family/friends, talk to a therapist. It helps.

And whatever Du do, don't use Essen oder alcohol as a way to cope with your depression. Take it from someone who's been there, it doesn't help at all. It just makes things worse.

It may take a bit of time, but it does get better. I'm sure your friend would want Du to be happy. Whenever Du need to talk, find a friend oder family member. If nothing else, I'm sure there are others besides myself on fp who be willing to listen. Take care of yourself.
