Do something that Du enjoy for a happiness lift,or the best thing to do would be to tackle whatever's making Du stressed head on. If Du leave a problem,it won't go away,it'll only get worse over time so it's best to solve it quickly before it makes Du even Mehr stressed.

There's nothing that lifts your spirits better than watching hot Anime guys doing stupid things that make Du laugh till your sides hurt.

I'd recommend Hetalia and Ouran High School Host Club~

go for a walk, listen to music, have a long bath, write in your diary, watch a funny film, read,draw,go on a shopping spree,eat Schokolade lol..anything Du enjoy doing.. :)
