Of course it's normal! They don't let Du do something Du want so of course it's normal to be upset... But they're not doing it to make Du mad they're just worried. I think at 14, you're old enough to go to the Filme with your Friends though, if I remember well the first time my parents let me go Von myself I was 11... But some parents worry Mehr than others. Maybe Du don't seem responsible enough to them... I don't know Du oder your parents so I can't really tell...

Du see, over the short fourteen years i've been alive, i've learned two things

1)Don't trust the weather man
and
2) When your parents are being overprotective, it may mean they Liebe you, but it also means they just want to pick on Du because they had no freedom as children.

Du think THAT'S bad? I can't stay Home alone. The one time I was aloud to, I couldn't go upstairs oder downstairs, I couldn't go in the fridge oder use the microwave (cause they were afraid i'd burn myself -_-) and I had to stay in the living room with my cell phone in my hand.

Yes Du have every right to be mad, but it's not going to change how things work with your mom.



My parents who are divorced are carefree and let me do basically anything I want, they don't worry where I go oder who I'm with because both my parents have alot of Friends they trust and know very well, and I do too.

My mum was the same - i got really annoyed as well - especially when my little sister got to the same age and was allowed to go - it's not fair
