What are Requisiten for?

its for something Du did and they liked so they give Du those as unspendable points

If Du really like someone's photo, answer, pick, quiz, link etc. Du give them a Requisiten for it.

^also just to randomly give them a Requisiten because Du either like them oder wanna talk to them on their blog/homepage so instead of sending them an actual message Du just put it on their blog along with a prop. lol...
