Hey anyone know how to get over a devastating break up?

My boyfriend dumped me in public. I'm serious. He just called my friend and yelled out "hey, does she know I just broke up with her?"

I feel devastated! I mean I cried through most of the day. Any suggestions?

worst part is, he has a crush on my frenemy, who's currently dating his best friend! He says he's gonna try to get her to datum him and stuff... it kills me!

11:when Du are in front of your ex act like the breakup did not affect you.there is saying called "kill em with kindness"believe me it works.
12:and last realize that Du will find better Liebe out there.

Du welcome,I've been through my share of breakups I understand.also I forgot to suggest is to stay busy like read a book oder organize your room this also helps

Let yourself hurt a little bit. It's okay. It's natural. Du don't have to cry through every class, but let yourself have a little bit of grieving time in private every Tag until the pain dulls down.
Don't blame yourself. What he did was wrong and even if it was partially your fault, if he was going to treat Du that way then he wasn't worth your time anyway.
Find comfort in other things to take your mind off him. Watch your Favorit movies, play your Favorit video games, hang out with close, reliable friends. Try not to talk about him too much. Naturally he's gonna come up, but don't dwell on him.
And if Du really need to, vent on paper. This is always what works best for me. In your diary oder a notebook oder whatever, vent all your negative emotions so Du don't have to dump them on everyone else.
You'll meet other guys and he wasn't right for you. Don't overreact over it. It's gonna hurt, but it doesn't have to kill you.
