2) No! Du have no need to apologize to someone that perverted! Ignoring him was the way to go; in fact, I would've gone full-out yelling at him before breaking contact with him, so he'd learn to not try taking advantage of other girls again!

I agree, Du have done nothing wrong and his actions are making Du feel very uncomfortable.
I'd try talking to him first, get him to understand you're not interested in him that way and to please stop doing these things. Du don't mind if Du become friends, just not in that way.
If he doesn't listen and carries on asking for pictures of 'things' warn him if he continues Du will go to the police for sexual harrassment, as that is what it is. The threat of authority may get him to back down a bit.
If that still doesn't work, then Du have three choices
1- go to the police as Du threatened Du would and let them deal with it/tell another authoirty such as your teacher/parents
2- tell your boyfriend and let him deal with it
3- continue to ignore him.
