What monster movie scared Du the most?

I was 17 when I saw that blair-witch ripoff Cloverfield for the first time, and have since developed something of an irrational fear of sitting in the front-row seats of movie theaters!
Anyways, Did anyone here have similar experiences with monster Filme oder the monsters themselves?
