how do u get moving icons?

ok i know i have one but i dont how i got it..every time i see a moving Icon i save it then try putting it on fanpop..but it wont go..please help

Are Du uploading it from your computer oder from a website?
If you're uploading it right from your computer and it doesn't works, try uploading it at tinypic for example and Upload it from there.
If it still doesn't works, it must some problem with Fanpop.
