Talk to a school counselor and maybe a therapist, if it is a real problem they can put Du on medication. Believe me, I know exactly what Du are going though and I know how to get out of it.
Well, it really all depends on the person. Different, specific things make one happy and diverts one's attention from depression. However, one thing that everyone should learn is that emotions are only mental. They don't control your mind. Du control your mind. So, Du can choose to not be depressed, but it all depends on your mental state of mind. If Du find it difficult to get rid of this depression, then perhaps Musik would best suit your need.

Musik is good for sadness, true, but you're a fool to think emotions can't control your mind.
Nope, I'm not. However, not many people know how to. It's a skill that must be developed. Obviously, Du don't possess the skill either, but I'm not going to insult you, because that's just immature.
Emotions are Mehr powerful than any drug. Enough anger can cause Du to blackout, and wake up surrounded in dead bodies. Now, unless you've had a lobomaty, this applies to everyone, including you.
Okay, Du may believe what Du want to believe. I really don't care. But, you're not comprehending what I'm writing, are you? Ask any psychiatrist. They'll tell Du that Du can control your emotions. Now, just because Du don't own this skill, doesn't mean Du have to try and disprove the truth so others feel the way that Du feel. Yes, emotions are difficult to triumph over, but that doesn't mean they can't be overcome.
