Make a bunch of good, thought out picks, add articles, links, the works. If Du add good content, people will Fan your stuff. This will help Du get a medal. I don't think there's a certain number, but it helps if Du find content that everybody likes and that hasn't already been submitted. For instance if your Favorit TV couple has their first hug oder KISS and Du see nobody else has Abgeschickt a picture of it, and Du have a picture Abschicken it to their fanpage, chances are that Fans are looking for that and will view and Favorit it a lot, although it helps if the spot is really active too, so Mehr people will see the picture.
