Help me what does this sound like?

So the same guy that I have asked about is saying that we should be just Friends because I am afraid to do things. I haven't had my first KISS yet. And nothing after that. "I know but if we went out we would KISS Du know so if we KISS before we go out then I know Du will when we do go out" those were his exact words after me telling him that if he really liked me he wouldn't make me KISS him to be with him. But then he sagte your afraid to KISS and do anything after that. Soo I like him but I don't know if I should go out with him? oder will I just end up being hurt?

No matter what a guy says, a girlfriend is not expected to do ANYTHING besides be a really great friend.
Anything further than that if your own personal choice.

I have experience with a guy who sagte almost the exact same thing and he became the biggest jerk I've ever met.

If he ever starts saying Du should do anything (not just sexual, but anything physical) because you're his girlfriend, then get rid of him because he's not worth all that much.
