Veggies and Obst are a really good source. Grains and grilled Essen are good options too. milch gives Du calcium.
Just try to avoid eating a lot of Süßigkeiten and trödel, schrott, junk-e- food. I'm not saying quit them all together, but eat them in moderation:)
