What do u do to calm yourself down wen u have exms..i get tensed so muchhhh..i want some tips to hlp me get throught dat anxiety before exms..

i try to sleep all Tag if i want stay calm ...i am just kiding .....well Du can do some exercise oder yoga for about 15 min ...in this way Du can relax and remember everything better .......you can also eat some honey oder Schokolade i think that this is help too

during exams, i always have my lucky ring on and of course a Süßigkeiten beside me, it helps me to relax... Du want a tip?
