You'll have to be patient. However, there are certain simple things Du can do. For example, have a healthy eating schedule. If Du wake up in the middle of the night and eat, oder if Du skip breakfast and only eat late in the day, those could both make Du gain a lot of weight. It sounds weird (especially the one that is that Von not eating breakfast regularly you'll gain weight), but it's true. Simple things like that can be helpful. Du should eat a healthy and full breakfast (something in which many, many people neglect), a good lunch, a good dinner, and snacks in between, then it will help. Of course, Du know the well-known things, like don't overeat the trödel, schrott, junk-e- food, meaning that it is not good to eat Nutella out of a jar on a daily basis (no matter how delicious it is!). Even simple things can do a lot! :)

since your a girl, tnager to eb exact, your daily calorie intake should naturally be between 1200 - 1800 , so if Du want to loose weight, consume less than between that amount.
