I wouldn't change anything. I would look for admirable qualities in a boy and take it from there. If a boy loves a girl enough, he will try to change HIMSELF for her.

I am not a girl and i don't care. This Frage is very offensive and sexist. How would Du feel if a guy asked what would Du change about all women? Not all men are alike. We are as varied as any of you. If i were to say, "What would i change about a girl? I'd make her less catty, shallow, and expensive?"
Du would be just as offended because i would have sagte a horrible thing. Du can't generalize any group like that.
