Do Du think people who are caught texting while driving should have their license taken away?

I seen this Frage on Judge Joe Brown and wondered what Du guys thought. I think it's a little harsh, I think maybe a ticket oder something of that sort but having your drivers license taken away is a bit much if Du ask me.

If it happens once, I think they should be ticketed. Twice, have their license suspended. Three times, license suspended a longer time. Four times, jail sentence (like, a Monat oder something). Five times, license taken away, that's my ideas.
