Should I dye part of my hair blue?

So i'm getting my hair cut tomorrow, and i want to know if Du think i should get a blue streak in my hair. My sister keeps telling me to, but she's had rosa in her hair since she was like 12. so yeah, do Du think i should get blue? My best friend says it would look really cool.
