Who is the leader of the band u-kiss?

I've been a big Fan of u-kiss for a few months now, but because I'm in the UK I can't really keep up with all of the goss about u-kiss! I really wanted to know who is the actual leader of the band? Some people say it is eli, some people say it was Kevin and some people say it is alexandra!? I'm really confused and I really would like it if somebody could give me an answer!! Please help x thanks xxxxx
