she is so annoying!!!!! and she cant even battle all she does is contests. and may as well. she even hated pokemon.

There are battles in contest you know and it takes a long more training to do contest. Since you have to try and show your Pokemon's true straight and beauty. Also about May, she got used to Pokemon through the show. Don't judge a character by the two episodes you watched them in.

Why is everyone picking on Dawn. shes the prettiest one out of all and just becomes she can be a little airheaded sometimes dosent mean she dosent have a brain! and most of the people here are just douche bags who have no lives to even pick a most hated character misty was a stubborn girl with who needed anger managment but there's no reason to hate her cause she was first well guess what grow the fuck up and mays ok cause she did nothing wrong dawn isnt dumb either in fact if youve ever even see the episodes to come up with those combinations actually requires you to be smart and talented and for gods sake its a FUCKIN CARTOON. And let me remind you Misty never came up with any of that except in battles. Dawn only like cute pokemon well of course she did shes 10 years old and misty only hated bug Pokemon and only liked the cute bug pokemon so thers no argument there you bunch of hypocrites. The only thing you can really hate about dawn is her personality ad her clothing but even in real life there's still not much you can do about your personality and shes in a cartoon she cant help it blame the creator of pokemon especially since he just made pokemon black and white which is surely just going to suck ass.In Fact Dawn might even be smarter than misty but just a little dumber than may but her personality is sweet and caring but angry at times so shes like a mix of misty and may but because everyone loves misty and may so much just because they came first they just have to hate dawn I frickin get so annoyed at these arrogant comments from people who just decided after the first couple episode they hate dawn so screw you guys get a life and go home

Dawn, She is too sweet. I hate that kind of people

None of my least favorite characters were on this poll and that why I chose Nobody. I used to hate Gary when I was a kid because he was a jerk to Ash back in the original series before Johto League. I started to like him in the Johto League episodes where he was more kind to Ash. I also used to hate Paul because he was mean and abusive to his Pokemon because he thought that they were so weak and released them (Ash's Infernape as a Chimchar was one of them). Later I changed my mind and started to like him after the episode where he battled Brandon and lost. His design and personality was very similar to that of Silver from the games but it's unknown if he is the anime counterpart of Silver.

None of the ones in this list. There are some I like more than others.

I know most people love Misty but she's just plain annoying to me.. I ship Ash with Serena! May with Drew and Misty with nobody! >.<

I like the rest here. But my least favorite main character would be Serena.

Max is my least favorite main character. He's the perfect embodiment of an annoying sibling. He felt kind of useless in Honnen but then again, I guess we all could relate to Max.
