I need an artis's help.

not sure if this belongs under this spot but i need help. I would like a picture and i cant draw, oder photoshop, oder anything to save my life. can someone plz make a pic for me? if yes, i would Liebe a pic of a cute Chibi grim reaper with a visabel bleeding herz holding a sign that is poiting down and says Morganville on it. oder that says New Jersey. either one will be fine. thank Du so much.
