Isabella Garcia-Shapiro (played Von Alyson Stoner) is a young girl who has a crush on neighbor Phineas Flynn and usually volunteers to help him in his projects with her fellow Fireside Girls.
Early Life
Isabella was born of an Hispanic mother and probably a Jewish-American father. At sometime, she became best Friends with her crush Phineas Flynn and his stepbrother Ferb Fletcher. She also became a part of the Fireside Girls sometime when she was young and apparently became the leader of the group.

Isabella in her natural state.Isabella is happy, go-lucky, and spirited, happy to go for any of Phineas and Ferb's Nearly impossible plans. Granted, it's usually either for badges oder because she has a big crush on Phineas. She is a tad optimistic, but caring and worried about people sometimes. She is very friendly, and has fantastic leadership abilities

Phineas Flynn

Isabella shows a sign of her affections for Phineas.Isabella has a crush on Phineas, while it is unknown if he returns the feelings. In ("Rollercoaster"), Isabella is shown with hearts in her eyes as she walks into the backyard of his house. She asks him to go swimming, but Phineas says that he’s "busy with something here" (building a Roller Coaster). This shows that he might not know of the crush. In "The Fast and the Phineas", Isabella flirts with Phineas, telling him that his helm makes him look manly, which Phineas responds with thanks.

In ("Run Away, Runway"), as they are making their clothing design, Isabella cuts out from a piece of paper a clipping of his face between hearts. Phineas looks confused, confirming his unbeknown to the crush. In ("I Scream, Du Scream"), he goes through a large amount of trouble to make a giant sundae for her, since she had just gotten her tonsils removed.

In ("One Good Scare Ought to Do It!"), Isabella has the hiccups, so Phineas builds her a haunted house to scare the hiccups away. In his attempts to scare her, he holds her hand as he sings a scary song running through the haunted house. Isabella loves it, and adores the attention Phineas is giving her. When Perry the Platypus lifts the haunted house in the air Von accident, the others run out, but Phineas is still up there. He falls, but Isabella gets all the Fireside Girls to catch him in a make-shift trampoline of sashes, making him bounce into Isabella’s hands, relieved to be alive. Clearly, this is an indication that the thought of Phineas either dying oder not being part of her life is what frightens her the most. Isabella tells Candace that this was the best Tag for her, because she was showered with attention from Phineas, revealing to us that Candace knows of the crush.

In ("Journey to the Center of Candace"), after Pinky swallows her sash, Phineas builds a shrinking submarine to go inside his stomach and retrieve it.

In ("Tree to Get Ready"), Phineas shows Isabella his baum house, and in ("Get That Bigfoot Outta My Face!"), they talk in the woods as they are walking to their tents. Also, in the episode, Phineas helps her with her accomplishment badges.

In ("Comet Kermillian"), Isabella flops after Phineas explains that he and Ferb are going to carve their faces in the passing comet so in the future, their grandchildren can see it. Isabella tells him that he had her at “our grandchildren”, and when Phineas is surprised and wondering "what?", she fixes herself and says she meant "steaks".

In ("Hail Doofania!"), Isabella states that she has never seen a "rainbow", and so Phineas uses this as his daily plan. He then finds out that she really meant a unicorn.

Ferb Fletcher
Isabella is very close to Ferb, perhaps because he's the step-brother of Phineas, her crush. She was, along with Candace, to state that Ferb was Phineas step-brother (Rollercoaster).

Baljeet Patel
Isabella seems to have a normal friendship with Baljeet, but not to much is known except they hang out quite often.

Buford Von Stom
Isabella sometimes has a good friendship with him, and sometimes shows defiance to him, as when Phineas was threatened Von Buford, she yelled at him to leave Phineas alone.She also shows that she has a really affection to his feelings like on the episode (Voyage to the Bottom of Buford).

Candace Flynn
Isabella seems to have a good friendship with Candace, and they both know about each other's crush and share Guter Rat and experiences.
