At the first stop on the road, was a gas station named 'Texaco' an early gas station in the Texas desert. Skipper pulled over, and hopped out the Eleanor, he then slammed in his quarters into the machine, and put on the pump, it started to inject fuel. 'Hey Marlene, this car ain't got no AC, anything wrong with her?' asked Skipper. 'I dunno, Du sagte it never worked there,' sagte Marlene. 'Hmm.... Smuggling fake stolen money ain't workful either? Isn't it Marlene?!' asked Skipper, pulling out the gas pipe and setting it back on the stool. Hmmm.... High cloudies in the sky means there will be the rains...' sagte Marlene, peering at the darkening clouds nearby. 'I ain't gonna ride in no damn rain, we gotta find some motel and stay till the rain's over,' sagte Skipper, slamming the door to the car and driving off down the highway. The hot sun burned the Eleanor with hot rays, but the wind blowing on the Eleanor while driving, made sure Skipper and Marlene. 'Gotta drive faster, this rain is gonna grow into a downpour real soon,' sagte Marlene. 'This road can only let me go 55 mph out here, so I can't go faster!!' yelled Skipper, slamming the accelerator.

Skipper looked in the map, ANYWHERE, could be a good place to stay besides out here. He found nothing, no tourism anywhere in the east Texas swamps. He thought he'd Lost hope until, he saw the sign. It was a gold-yellow neon sign, very tall one reading: 'Bates Motel', it looked very calm to Marlene, she had always found neon signs alluring. 'This place looks good Skippy, I mean, look at the sign!! There's even a vacancy, see?' asked Marlene pointing to a 'Vacancy' sign highlighted in neon light. 'I dunno, looks suspicious to me, I mean, where's all the parked cars?' asked Skipper. 'I bet it's a unpopular motel, but it will do, better than the rain alright,' sagte Marlene, shaking off her wet pelz and opening an umbrella. 'Oh fine, I'll go, but I'll watch out for my butt out here,' replied Skipper. They then entered the small, two-story, building and shut the lobby door. 'This place looks abandoned, hello?' asked Marlene, ringing the schreibtisch bell. Then, they heard a British female shout in the upper level. 'Private!! Go get the bell!! It's probably the telly manager we called four years ago!!' yelled the female voice. 'Alright mum, lemme get to him,' sagte a male brittish voice. Soon, a small, plump, pinguin waddled downstairs to the desk, very tentatively taking steps, left, right, left, right, until he came to view.
-------------------------------------------------------
'Ello!! My name is Private Bates!! But- You're no TV managers, you're guests!! Our first ones since the highway was built in '65. How can I help Du two?' asked Private. 'Mr. Bates, may I ask, who was that upstairs?' asked Skipper. 'My mum, she's very naggy isn't she? A little tater tot to me,' sighed Private. 'May I see her? She might need young lady's advice,' sagte Marlene. 'Ermmm... NO!! Wait, she's not fond of strangers, she doesn't like them much, it's why I don't get guests often, and I'm ashamed of it indeed....' sagte Private shyly. 'No worries little guy, in fact, Du look a little cutely plump yourself,' sagte Marlene, winking at him. 'Really? I'm cute? Hahahaha... I'M CUTE!! Hey MUM!! KISS MY RUMP!!! I'm cute!!!' sagte Private giggling, and jumping around and clicking his heels. 'This guy's a loon, Marlene...' whispered Skipper. 'We can't leave him, we're his first guests in four years!! It'll break his heart,' replied Marlene. 'Oh, I'm so sorry about that, here's your room keys my new guests... I'M CUTE!!' yelled Private again, blushing and jumping around. Then Marlene grabbed the keys and headed to the room she was given, with Skipper.
--------------------------------------------------------------
When Marlene began un-packing, she looked at her black lips in the mirror, they were smeared a bit, possibly from Private slamming down the keys to the schreibtisch so hard. She then took her black lipstick, and applied it to her lips. In the meanwhile, she felt as if someone was watching, but then she shook it off and headed to sleep, she had the bed, Skipper had the hard, cold, lumpy, floor. Afterward, Skipper couldn't sleep, he heard Marlene snoring loudly, but then he heard something else, arguing. He then listened carefully and heard Private arguing to his mother. 'Mum, she complimented me, nothing to worry about!! Okay? I've chosen a different path in Liebe from you, and that's Marlene!!' yelled Private. 'No!! Du cannot Liebe her, oder so help me-' sagte Private's mother before being interrrupted. 'Shut up mum!! Du don't know about love!! EVAH!!' yelled Private, slamming the door and going downstairs. Skipper got in shock and shut his eyes, then he heard Private cry. It was sickeningly sad, he felt a bit guilty, so he began to think. (I should make it up for him tomorow, yeah!!! Then I'd know I did the right thing!!) He then drifted off to sleep, in his thoughts.
