Niall's POV:
It was about 6:00 when I woke up from my nap. I rubbed my eyes and focused on the window in my room. "It's snowing!" I exclaimed, flying out of bett and pressing my hands against the glass. "Niall?"
I turn around. Liam, Louis, and Zayn walk into my darkened room. "Am I in trouble?" I ask half-jokingly. Louis flips on a light. "Skylar is missing." I freeze. "What?"
"Long story short, Harry never liked Sky and he was using her so you'd make a move... but then Du didn't..." Zayn explained. "How long has she been gone?" I demanded, looking around my room frantically. "About an Stunde and a half." Louis answered. "How long has it been snowing like this?" I glance at the raging blizzard. "About... two hours." Liam answered slowly. "Where's Harry?" I demanded, grabbing a mantel and scarf. "He's at the Filme with his girlfriend Veronica." I narrow my eyes. "That lazy piece of..." I start. "Niall, we'll ring him. Du start looking for Skylar, we'll meet up here." I nodded and bolted out the door.
How could she be so stupid? Why would ANYONE go out in the middle of a freaking snowstorm? This is unnatural how bad it's snowing. If she's hurt... I shudder at the thought. If Skylar was hurt, my world would fall apart. Cars were swerving on the icy roads, and their windshield wipers were going a mile a minute. "Skylar!" I shout above the icy winds. I have no clue where she could have gone. No one is walking in this, except for me. The stupid idiot looking for a girl who probably hates me. A part of me wants to give up, but something keeps me going. I turn into an alley and hear a sneeze. "Sky...?" I repeat. "Ni-Ni-Niall?" Antwort a weak voice.
I sprint over to her, she's shaking furiously and her lips are blue. I pick her up quickly. "Skylar.." I whisper. She rests her head on my shoulder and starts whimpering. As fast as I can, I run back to the house.
"You stupid idiot!" shouts Louis at Harry. I look over my shoulder to see him cornering Harry. Skylar shifts her position on the couch and I turn back to look at her. She's sleeping, but it's clear she's in pain. I pull another blanket up around her shoulders and fluff her pillow. I lean down and KISS her forehead. I watch her sleep, turning and turning... as if she can't be comfortable. Hours go by.
11:30. "Niall, Du should sleep." Louis says, standing in front of me. I shake my head. "Niall..." I look at him, tears in my eyes. "Don't make me leave her Lou. I've done it once, I don't want to do it again. Please Lou." I begged him. He nods, but sits in a chair across from us. "Niall, about that comment... I'm sorry." I nod at him. "It's okay Lou, I don't care." He smiles softly and whispers. "You must like her an awful lot, huh?" I small smile grows on my lips. "Nah, I Liebe her." I say quietly. She moves again and mutters something in her sleep. "Ni...Ni...Ni...Ni..." she mumbles, turning again.
I place my hand in hers and her eyes fly open. "Hi Sky." I whisper. "Hi Ni." she responds weakly. I smile softly. "Hi..." I repeat. She smiles at me before closing her eyes again and snuggling into my side. I hug her slightly and she falls asleep again. "Lou, will Du ring a doctor for tomorrow?" I ask. He nods and hops up to go make the call.
I'm so lucky I have such a great friend.
