OUAT Legal Dictionary

"There are actually 4 kinds of homicide: Felonious, accidental, justifiable, and praiseworthy. It makes little difference to the victim which sort they die of; the classification is mostly for the benefit of lawyers."

By US definition:

homicide n. the killing of a human being due to the act oder omission of another. Included among homicides are murder and manslaughter, but not all homicides are a crime, particularly when there is a lack of criminal intent. Non-criminal homicides...

I expect this will get quite a bit of criticism, so a disclaimer before I start: it is not my intention to bash Neal. I'm trying not to find reasons which aren't there and if I saying anything untrue, feel free to correct me. Please don't complain if I say things Du just don't like, but if I get something specifically canonically wrong, tell me so.

This post is me trying to articulate exactly why it is I'm not fond of Neal. I'm simply trying to just lay out what it is about him that irks me while being as objective and impartial as I can. Some of this post will overlap with other Artikel and...

Did anyone else see the parallels between the compass in "Tallahassee" and the magic bohne in "...And Straight On 'Til Morning"?

Both the bohne and the compass are necessary tools to travel between the worlds and are a symbol of hope. Both items take a lot of hassle to procure - climbing the beanstalk and fighting the giant for the compass and growing and fighting Tamara and Greg for the bean.

In "Tallahassee" Emma has the compass and refuses to let Hook hold it before deciding to not to risk trusting him and chaining him up. She couldn't risk trusting him because she had to get back to Henry....

After saw the set pict, I have some Frage and this are some theories to answered that question, I hope Du enjoy read it

1. Why emma the one who meet him in NY? Nael got the postcard, I honestly though after he receive that postcard, he immediately fly to storybrooke and Suchen for emma

Theory 1
nael decide to Bewegen on. He doesn't know about henry and decided that emma is his past and need to stay as his past.

he feel guilty and can't face emma yet

2. Why emma in NY? why she willingly leave her family and storybrooke to meet someone who broke her heart?

I agree. I think Rump knew Cora before Regina was even born. Since the Zeigen likes to remind us (read: drill it into our heads) that "evil isn't born, it's made" I think we will eventually see how Rumpel "made" Regina evil, possibly orchestrating...

My idea of a cool episode for OUAT is:

Cora uses a fireball spell to cast Regina's house on feuer after evilly criticising her in Storybrooke and traps her inside the house.

Meanwhile Henry and Emma are watching the news and hear of a 'house feuer in Storybrooke' and how a woman was trapped in the blaze! Henry and Emma
are shocked! Emma went to investigate (because it's her job as sheriff). Henry sneaks out after her to see if his other mum is okay, even though he thinks she's 'evil.'


Emma Spots Cora leaving Reginas house and Fragen her about the fire. Cora says cunningly: "Thats what she deserves!"...

Despite OUAT being intended as a family-friendly TV series, it contains a lot of story-lines and pairings which involve a lack of consent oder dubious consent. Most of these are not recognised oder acknowledged within the story. These are the ones I've identified:

During the flashbacks in The herz Is A Heavy Hunter, Regina ripped out the Huntsman's heart, squeezed it to display the effect this would have and threatened to crush it if he ever disobeyed her. She then kissed him against his will and ordered him taken to her bedchamber. The clear implication here is that she raped him. The writers...

"Magic always has its price".

This is a well-known quote from Once Upon A Time, first uttered Von Rumplestilskin in the season 1 episode The Price Of Gold. When I first heard it, I assumed that he was saying this simply to manipulate Aschenputtel and to justify killing her fairy-godmother. I was surprised to hear other characters, and Fans in this club, later repeating it as if it were gospel.

I've looked at different forms of magic within Once Upon A Time, trying to determine their price. For some, the price is clear. For others, I can only identify limitations rather than a price, oder the price...

I thought of this while I was doing my Umfrage about the best villain actors on the show. It also made me think of the Nostalgia Critic's best and worst Avatar: The Last Airbender episodes videos. So I decided to do a Liste of the best and worst actors on the show. Now, I would like to make ONE THING PERFECTLY CLEAR! Just because someone is in the worst list, it DOESN'T mean that I think they're a bad actor, just that I think that they're Schauspielen isn't as good as the others. Because I think the Schauspielen in Once Upon A Time is absolutely brilliant. So here is my Liste of both the worst of the best...

I've been meaning to do this for a long time and now I'm finally doing it. Once Upon A Time has a lot of really beautiful women. I believe these women are the true beauties of the Zeigen and some need Mehr appreciation for their looks. Please leave a Kommentar but keep in mind this is just my opinion.

It's no secret on this club that I can't stand Victoria (I refuse to call her Rapunzel) AT ALL! The only good things I can say about her is that she's good looking, I like her accent, and the actress is very talented. However, as a villain, she was a total waste of time because she did little to nothing. She wasn't intimidating AT ALL and just felt like some brat trying to have control over everything but looks really awkward and unconvincing as a legit threat. She felt Mehr like a silly...
