Ideas for spin-off series for OUAT?

Mine are:
A spin-off focusing on Emma's childhood with Mckenna Grace starring as young Emma and Jennifer Morrison narrates.

spin-off focusing on the minor characters like Granny, the dwarves, Archie, the nurse from the asylum, the blue fairy, Ashley/Cinderella and also bringing back Maleficent and Lily to finally get back on finding Lily's father.

A non-canon Queens of Darkness spin-off starring Maleficent, Ursula, Cruella and Regina and maybe Zelena.

A Neverland spin-off starring Hook and Peter Pan and maybe young Baelfire.

A spin-off starring Evil Queen entity and Robin haube and Prince Henry in the Dream world.

And Oz spin-off starring Zelena, the other witches of Oz and other characters.

A mermaid spin-off starring Ariel, Ursula, Posedian, King Triton and Diety Ursula.

Land of Untold Stories spin-off

Underworld spin-off

Regina's childhood spin-off starring Rose Mcgowan, Ava Acres, and Zak Santiago and possibly Barbara Hershey and Tony Perez and maybe Lana Parrilla.

spin-off focusing on Gideon's childhood and adult life as the Black Fairy's prisoner.

spin-off about Belle's book "Her Handsome Hero."

Those are just a few ideas I thought would make interesting spin-off choices.
