In storybrooke: David is released from the hospital and returns Home with Kathryn who he still has no memory of. He continues to Zeigen feelings for Mary Margaret but she refuses his advances since he's still married.
Feeling it's unfair to Kathryn, David decides he is going to leave his wife, he then tells Mary Margaret this and that he has feelings for her he can't explain and asks her to meet him at the toll bridge tonight.
She seeks out Guter Rat from Emma on the matter and Emma tells her to go for it if he's truly left his wife. Emma meanwhile is asked Von Graham to work the night shift, because he says he has to feed the Hunde at the animal shelter he volunteers at.
Mary decides she will meet David and heads to the bridge. David still suffering from amnesia asks the Mayor for directions. She misleads him and sends him towards Mr Gold's Shop in which he see's a windmill inside that triggers his old/fake memories of Kathryn.
Elsewhere Emma patrols the town and notices a suspicious person sneaking out of the Mayor's house. She surprises the person with a schnell, swift hit to the stomach with her club. The person turns out to be Graham much to her surprise. She puts two and two together and realizes why Graham was there and is hurt Von what she learns and then leaves.
David finally finds Mary Margaret at the toll bridge but with his fake memories back tells her that he's decided to go back to Kathryn. Mary Margaret is herz broken and leaves. She goes to Granny's speiselokal, diner where she runs into Dr. wal who offers to buy her a drink.

Meanwhile in Fairytale land past: We learn Prince Charming was really just a Shepherd boy and had a twin brother named James who was the pretend son of the king, because they could not have kids of there own. Twin Brother James is asked to kill a dragon for King Mitus in order to the create an alliance between the two kingdoms. However he is slain in battle.
The King seeks out Rumplestiltskin who he made a deal with, he reveals to the King that James had a twin brother who lives on a farm. The King strikes another deal with him for Charming and gives Rumplestilskin the whereabouts of the Fairy Godmother in exchange.
Rumples finds Charming and his mother and reveals that if he comes with him the King will give them money so they may keep there struggling farm. Seeing no other option Charming accepts.
He winds up slaying the dragon and a truce is made between the kingdoms. But only if Charming marries Mitus's daughter Abigail (Kathryn). The king threatens Charming and his mother if he does not marry her and so he accepts. Charming returns to his mother one last time saying he can't see her again because of this. She gives him her ring saying it will help him find true love.
Charming returns to the kingdom, he and Abigail then start there carriage ride to there destination which leaves off on how Snow White and Charming met in episode 3.
