Best NYC areas for fake knock-off purses?

I'm heading to NYC in june and while I'm there I'm gonna hit some of the Mehr seedy sections in Suchen of fake purses,jewelry,ect. We used to go shopping down Canal Street, but I've heard that since the police raids, there isn't that much left in terms of "secret shops" where the items in Frage are sold. I've been out of the NYC scene for awhile so I would Liebe to know where they all have moved too before I go.
