Kyo silantly walked down a forest path, with her large scythe resting on her shoulder, heading torward the village. she stopped only pick an apple from a nearby tree then pressed on.

A boy with black hair was heading out of the door when a familiar woman snatched him by the ear."Do you have everything you need?"Yushio,the curent head of the Haruno clan,asked her son.Inori nodded."Could you please let go of my ear?I'm going to be late for school."His mom laughed lightly,before releasing him.Inori started walking to the academy.'Just a few more days until the genin graduation exam.Iv'e gotta pass!'he thought as he walked.

Kyo walked into the village gate with a relieved smile. She had been gone from home on a mission for so long she was actually excited to see her brothers again. She walked through the village and when people passed, some either waved to me or hugged me, making me feel very welcomed.

"Well class,can anyone tell me why ninja are put in squads?"Iruka,the academy sensei,asked the class.Inori raised his hand until he was called on."Their put into squads because it increases the chances of mission success,plus it allows for ninja to learn teamwork." "Well,you forgot a few minor things,but you've got the basic answer correct inori."Inori scratched the back of his head."Okay,for homework,you don't have any.Because for at east some of you,this is the last time you'll be in my class."All the students's eyes went wide."Because today,is the genin graduation exam."All the students either screamed in excitement or fear."Settle down,settle down."The students became quiet."Hey.Does anyone know where naru and coda are?Their going to miss the exam."Inori looked up towards the ceiling.'I don't know where they are,but the need to get here before time runs out.'

-Nero wandered through the village and stopping here and there to observe the towns folk. His hands deep in the warmth of his pockets. He continued through the village until he found an odd liquid in the dirt. As takes a knee to observe it, he takes a good smell and his face becomes blunt. Obvious signs Mizuki Sunju was here. And possibly in the village. He stands and runs for the Hokages building.-

Kyo contiued to walk torward the Hokages building to report what she had discoved on her journey. she looked up at the blue sky as she walked with a rather peaceful smile apon her face.

Inori stepped unto the academy grounds,feeling happy and determined.He stepped through the door to see about half of the children already there,talking amongst themselves as they waited for class to start.Inori already had a group of friends more or less and approached his usual seat near them.

She had finally reached the hokage building but before she could enter she heard some one call out her name from behind "Kyo!!!". as soon as she looks to see who it was she gets tackled by two younger boys with bright orange hair. "hey wait!" they fall to the ground. "we missed u Kyo where have u been?!" asked her brother, Coda. "on a mission... wait arnt u two supposed to be in school?!" Kyo asked them as she sits up. "oh man! i totally forgot the Genin exam graduations r today!!" Naru said looking to his brother who had also forgoten. "aww man!! we'r in so much trouble!" coda said franticly grabing his brother by the arm and rushing off. "Bye Sister!" they call back to her as they run to the acadamy. Kyo stands up and smiles lightly watching them run off. (Naru 'on the left in blue' and Coda 'on the right in orange')

'Where are they?'Inori wondered as he glanced towards the door.As if his will power alone would open thee door and make them appear."Shouldn't the whole class be here for the exam day?I know they'd never miss this.'He then looked at the clock.'They've got five minutes before school starts.....they better hurry...'

Suddenly the door to the classroom burst open and Coda and Naru topple over eachother falling to the floor, tring to get in before school started. "a-are we late...?" asks Coda out of breathe. Naru tries to push Coda off him "Coda ur heavy...".

"Nope.Just in time actually."The academy sensei,said,looking towards his watch."Hi coda!Hi Naru!"Inori said,as he was front row near the door.He was actually assigned there,but coda and naru sat there for misbehaving in the back of the room during class.Suddenly,a random kid's hand went up."Sensei,can we start the exam already?"The sensei frowned a little,then shook his head 'yes'."Yes,just about two more minutes."

"hey Inori!" Coda said with a smile still siting on Naru. "Coda get off!... hey Inori" said Naru tring his best to push Coda off him. "im not that heavy ur just weaker then me...." said Coda with a smerk. "no... im pretty sure u weigh as much as an elephant" replys Naru. "fine..." Coda gets off him and walks over to his seat Naru follows after Coda.

"Why were you two so late?"Inori asked them as they sat down."You guys had me thinking you'd miss class today,and for the Genin exams no less."

Coda sits next to Inori "our sister came back from her mission today" said Coda in a cheerful manner. Naru sits in the set behind them.

"Oh,kyo came back?That's great."Inori said,smiling.Then his teacher's sudden cough,which was obviously for drawing attention,caused him to look towards their sensei."Okay,as you know,the genin exams are today,where you will either graduate,or fail and remain here for another six months."Inori swore he heard someon's heart beat race."And because of this,i have the first stage of this genin exam!A ten question written test."This time,everybody in the class volcally groaned,him included."You are allowed to begin when i start this timer."The teacher did some hand signs,and papers appeared on everyone's desk.A timer appeared in his hand.He set it for one hour,then looked up at his students."Begin!"

Coda just stairs down at the test stumped in the first question. i know this..... uhhhh was it.... he runned the answers by in his head over and over but nothing seemed to come to him. meanwhile his brother Naru had already finished the test as soon as it was given.

~in the hokage building~
"i have to do what?!" Kyo steped back a little annoyed at what the hokage was asking of her. "this is part of being an S class ninja u have to teach atleast one squad and take them out on missions" the Hokage informs her. Kyo sighs "i understand". "good... now wait for the exams to finish and u will resieve ur students one of high score, low score, and avrage". Kyo bows to the hokage "alright"

'Okay......numbe 8-What is a shinobi's most common tool?easy,kunai!'Inori thought.He quickly answered nine and ten,then put down his pencil.

Coda looked up at the timer "....!" he quickly guessed on the questions he hadnt answered which was more then half of them and set his pencil down.

"u r excused" the Hokage says turning to the window a pears outside. Kyo walks out of the Hokages office "i just hope i get Naru or Coda we all use the same Jutsu anyways...".

"Pencils down!"The academy sensei declared making a few hand signs,causing all the papers appear in his hands.Inori was truly at his wits end trying to figure out how the sensei did that."Okay,when i call your name,you passe the first stage of the genin exam!"All the students tensed an leaned in,hoping to hear their name."Inori haruno!"Inori sighed in relief."Naru namikaze!Coda Namikaze!Kitsuna Imura!Kazuo inuzuka!Taishi hyuuga!Karen Uzumaki!Niko Uchiha!Shikaru nara!...etc.."The sensei announced."You all are genin,but now we'll have a second test to determine the teams!"The other students who's names weren't called all either cried or started yelling.

"another test?!" Coda complained and planted his head onto his desk. Naru shruged "i wonder what team ill get?"

"This test however,won't be written.It'll be one simple test based off of the henge jutsu."The sensei explained.

Coda listens to the teacher with his head still on the desk 'thats my worst jutsu! ugh....' he thinks in his head. Naru on the other hand is excited as ever 'yes ima ace this!' u can tell that Naru and Coda r very different by their expresions after hear what the test was about.

"Okay first up,inori Uzumaki."Inori gulped and shyly stepped up to the front of the class."Transform!"He shouted as he transformed into an exact copy of his sensei."Good job,you may release it now."The sensei clone dissapeared into a puff of smoke,revealing inori as he bowed and sat down."Next up,Kitsuna Hagane!"Kitsuna nodded and ran up to the front of the class,the billions of chain links she had wrapped around her body somehow didnt stop her from moving freely.She was of the hagane clan,or the 'chain masters'.She did the ehnge jutsu and turned into the sensei,who nodded and sat down."Coda Namikaze!"

Coda lifted his head from his desk "me?". as the sensi nobed, Coda stands up and walks to the front of the class room 'here goes nothing....'. "Transform!" he yelled as he poofed into an exact replica of Naru. "wow i cant believe that worked!". "hey! cheater" Naru says across the room. "how is this cheating?" Coda says as he sticks his tough out at his brother.

~meanwhile~
Kyo walks out of the Hokage building resting her weapon on her shoulder "i wonder how Coda and Naru r doing...."

"Oooookaaaaaaaaay......Naru namikaze!"The sensei said,sweat dropping at the boys.

Coda releses the jutsu and poofs back to normal, he walks to his seat and sits. "i didnt think i would pull that off......". Naru stands up and proudly walks to the front of the room "Transform!" he turns into and exact copy of the sensei.

"Next up is.....Niko Uchiha!"The raven haired girl did the jutsu and returned to her seat."Next up,Karen Uzumaki!"The pink haired girl did the same,and returned to her seat."Okay,now,tsuke inuzuka,then taishi hyuuga,then shikaru nara!"They all did their jutsus,then returned to their seats."Okay,class dismissed.We will determine who you will team with based off you abilities,clans,behavior,and scores on the exam."All the students stood up,and began to leave.

Naru stood up and grabed his books "come on Coda". Coda gets up "hey Inori, how do u think u did on the test?"

"Kyo!" A man with pure white hair and bright yellow eyes suddenly hugged her from behind. "Moriko!" She turns around and laughed "I haven't seen u in forever!" She says hugging his neck. By that time a large, grey and white ninja dog pounces on them both and the fall to the ground. "Azeromaru?! U'ev uhh... grown" Kyos being licked in the face by the dog.

"well,i'm pretty sure the passing grade must be a B or better,since some pretty some smart kids failed it.....wonder what teams we'll get on.Speaking of which,you guys know you won't be on the same team....right?"Inori asked them.They both looked confused,so he decided to explain."Clan philsophy.In order to maintain clan purity amongst themselves,and to ensure balance over the genin teams,no two people of the same clan are permitted to be on the same genin squads.Sure on group missions that require multiple teams,but those are rare,which is the only reason it's allowed."Inori looked at them both,watching for their reactions....

"Oh yeah thats right!" Naru says and looks to Coda who is very confused. "Ok... Not saying I want to be on a squad with Naru... What if our parents r from different clans?" He asks knowing he probably failed the exam from the questions that r poping up in his head.

"Well,since your parents are married,your mother married into your father's clan.So it's still,by law,not allowed.'Inori answered.

"oh haha i knew that" Coda trys to cover up his dumbness. "no u didnt.... lier" Naru says as he narrows his eyes at his brother. Coda stairs right back at him "like u knew either..." he mumbles.

"oh yeah he was only a pup when u left" Moriko answers her siting up. "i know what happened?! he huge!" Kyo hugs the dog peting him on the back. "......grew i guess just like all living things" he says picking on her. Kyo smiles lightly and looks to him.

Also....if you'd like,based on the data iv'e accumulated on the class,i can basically figure out the likely teams we'll be on...."Inori said,growing quiet.Sure,this was just doing something for his friends,but h hated flaunting his intelligence,he didn't want to become some kind of braniac jerk.So he almost never showed his smart side,except to make the.....not as bright of the two,angry.

"u can do that? what team do u think ill be on?" asks Naru obviously very curious."what about me Inori?" ask Coda who is just as curious as Naru. Tsuke pops into the conversation randomly "How bout me Inori? do u think i did good?" she asks with a freindly smile across her face.

Tsume?Oh....uh....let me think,,,the teams are numbered based off of grades and stuff,and there are ten teams...so my predictions for our teams...are....that coda will be in team eight with shikaru and probably kitsuna...i'll be in teams one or three,along with Tsuke and naru,because of our similar grade levels,plus our corresponding techniques.Taishi will be with karen and that aburame guy.And niko will join chomi akamichi,and probably kazuo Hoshigoki,mister strong and silent."

"im gonna be by myself!" Coda says lowering his head. "ill be on a team with u guys?" Tsuke says looking at Inori and Naru with a normal expression but under it u can tell she was very happy about Inoris predictions. "Yeah it can be like Moriko and Kyo they were on the same squads too" Naru tells her with a smile.

(ok just to let u know i may say Jay instead of Kyo cuz i dont really use Kyo as an rp name to often)

"Sorry coda,but it is possible that i'm completely wrong.After all,i'm not making the teams.I'm just choosing the most likely...besided,i thought you and shikaru were friends...and i heard kitsuna had a crush on you...."Inori teased,but that was actually true.

"yeah!" Tsuke answers Naru with a go-lucky smile. Coda blushes a little "wha....? thats silly". "awww!!! Coda r u blushing??" Tsuke embaresses him poking him in the cheek. "what?! n-no!" he turns away from them.

Inori laughed,then thought of something."I wonder....what's going on in other hidden villages....i mean,there are five powerful hidden villages,i wonder what they're doing too..what if we have a war...the hokage has been on edge recently..."

"nah the Hokage is always stresed about somethin" Naru shrugs. "hopfully we dont have a war... ive herd storys about the great ninja war.." Tsuke says with a shiver up her spine.

"So have i...and it isn't pretty...if we were to have one now,considering the restructure of the village so far,we'd be defeated in a heart beat....not enough ninja around...mainly un-trained qnd un-squaded genin like us..and we couldn't defeat any of those monsters...like madara,or pein.....at least...not yet..."Inori said,crossing his arms.
