J.K! Probably not. Personally, I like him, but I can see why Du wouldn't. He's sarcastic and conceited and can be a complete arse to every one around him.

He's not my favourite character,-so arrogant and inconsiderate of others around him beside Clary (geez doesn't Clary get on your nerves -urgh!)

But I can relate to you. I feel like i'm the only one who doesn't like Clary. She just annoys me for some reason. Which is bad depending on the fact that she's the main character.

In the first book I was Team Simon all the way! I <3 Simon!!!!
But now i'm a die-hard Izzy&Simon fan!

i can see why Du wouldn't like him, and you're probably not the only one. i don't really HATE him, but i have this curse where i cannot hate any book character. =] he's not my thing though really. i like sweetness. and Jace is not sweetness.

I don't really hate him (he used to be my favourite character, but I was, like, 11, then), but I do think that he's a bit of a asshole.

I haven't read the last two Bücher yet, so I don't know much about him in those two. But I actually liked him, he was a great character. I didn't have a problem with him. But everyone has their own opinions, like with The hunger Games, I didn't like Gail oder with Twilight, I really disliked Jacob.
