So people know Michael Schumacher has a formula 1 Icon yes i agree he is a sensational icon, but to me he is a great friend has he has helped me sell my first book, i wrote this in 2001 and got it published January 2007. i have always been interested in foriegn Icons and this particular Tag in August 1991 when i was busy doing dusting while my husband was shopping and my son went to visit his friend i decided to rest and put the telly on and what i saw was amazing but i have never ever seen a Formula 1 race and let alone heard of Michael Schumacher,my husband and i couldnt afford going to all of his grand prixs. so i set the VHS video to record it, so i could look back at it and decide to keep it oder bin it. i was eagerly listening to the commentators talking about Michael and i wanted so badly to see his face, well i can tell Du it was like a magnet drawing me closer and closer towards him, i throught umm i like him since that Tag i quickly got hooked as they say over him, i started to do reports on him, collecting Fotos on him, it was like a obsession drug, since then i have now estimated i must have over 4,0000 Fotos and items related to him which includes posters, magazines, Foto call shots, Du name it i have to have it. so i throught okay i have written to him but no reply why dont i write a dedication/tribute book so i sat down and began, at the same time i was contacting his best friend Mr Jean Todt. and he was replying back to me Von hand and posted, so when the book was finished i gepostet a copy to Jean Todt with a letter to Michael to say that i have enjoyed his races and himself, i was praying so hard to see Michael has we that my husband and i to see him at the grand prixs every sundays on the telly and recorded all of them. until i met up with another Michael Schumacher Fan and see told me she was going to Wembley to see him would i like to tag along well i jumped to the offer saved up hard and went to the new stadium to see him this was in 2007, the venue was called The Race Of Champions. he was awesome i loved it. now i have been told he will be appearing again this Jahr in December 16th 2007, so this time i saved up harder as my husband has never met Michael so we are going together. if this is his last appearance at Wembley i dont mind. well if anyone buys my book at £12.99 from play.com oder authorhouse.co.uk etc Du are doing it to save poor people in other countries has half the proceeds are going to my favourite which is also Michael charity called UNESCO of France. UNESCO stands for United Nations Educational Scientific Culture Organaztions.the book is called Man on the Move, subtitled Michael Schumacher, My Sporting Hero.since Michael has my first signed edition he has been posting me signed Fotos in which are fabulous.one Tag i would Liebe to get Mehr closer to him and chat with him, i am not giving up.
